CHOCOLATE HANDLING AND STORAGE
Our chocolates are made fresh and almost all of them have a ganache center (cream and chocolate). Most of our bonbons/truffles are not shelf stable and must be kept in the fridge. Our shelf stable chocolates are only available by request and for bulk/corporate orders. Please get in touch using our web form or give us a call to know more about our shelf stable options. For the best taste, we recommend removing the chocolates from the fridge and let it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes to an hour prior to consuming.

Orders placed for pick-up can be collected from our location in Manotick at any time during opening hours (unless otherwise stated for pre-ordered products). Products ordered for delivery will be dispatched according the delivery date indicated above.
